What type of web applications does SmartCue work with?
We work with most web-based applications including Single Page Applications (SPAs) and older, traditional web apps that run inside an iFrame. We do not support prototyping software like Figma, Invision or Marvel, or mobile applications yet.
Who is SmartCue useful for?
If you do product demos, SmartCue is for you! If you manage teams that do product demos, SmartCue is for you. If you are responsible for training and onboarding team members, SmartCue is for you and your team. You can use SmartCue to do virtual product demos over Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, BlueJeans and most other virtual meeting platforms. Just remember to share only your product tab or window, not your entire screen. Demo 101, folks!
Does SmartCue work better for specific teams?
SmartCue's primary use case is to enable sales teams to create demo libraries and deliver personalized demos to their prospects. Who should not use SmartCue?
If you demo mobile applications or generally showcase prototypes in Figma or Invision, SmartCue is not a good fit for you, yet. In addition, if you are doing an in-person demo, SmartCue will probably not be a great value add to you.
Typically, how long does it take to get SmartCue setup?
Literally - minutes! Install the extension, start 'recording' your hero/ideal demo flow, add the cues for your teams and then play. We pride ourselves on being the simplest demo enablement platform with the shortest learning curve.
